nike

At Nike, I lead the end-to-end design for Artemis: an essential suite of omni-channel operational tools that powers Nike’s digital, retail, and partner channel experiences.

This suite of 5 tools provides operation managers with: visibility into the “readiness” of a products being activated for consumers across channels, marketplaces and experiences; ability to manage seasonal assortments, a calendar-based view into upcoming product launches; ability to organize and group products that will appear on consumer-facing PDPs and much more.

Detailed case studies in progress.

sam’s club

At sam’s club I focused on the creation, maintenance and implementation support for a design language system created for internal, member-facing products, as well as external, customer-facing products like samsclub.com.

Additionally, I worked on two smaller efforts: one being an internal mobile application (myclub) focused on tracking metrics for club employee and used by employees at clubs and home office; the other being an internal CMS used by members of home office to create, track and maintain bulk membership packages with business partners.

afterglow

Afterglow is female-founded, female-run sexual wellness company that empowers its users to embrace their sexuality and sexual curiosity through hands-on education. At afterglow, I led all product design efforts, a few being: a site-wide redesign with a focus on mobile users, an improved subscription model and payment flows, creating a design system from scratch, and growing our design practice from 1 to 3 members.

exelon

My work at Exelon focused on assisting a leading utility provider with designing an interactive experience that helps individuals understand their carbon footprint and find new ways to incorporate being eco-conscious into their lifestyle. ecocred serves as a platform for individuals and organizations to track, measure and manage their carbon usage, while earning rewards and bonuses along the way.

Together, my team at 39a and Exelon took this idea of a public-facing corporate sustainability platform through the major levels of product maturity: idea, concept, prototype and product, all while iteratively researching and testing along the way.

Areas of focus: discovery + research, product strategy and visual design.
